Pumpkin Pie

  • 2 cups strained pumpkin
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 rolled pie crust

Preheat oven to 425°.

Put all the ingredients in a blender and liquify them. Unroll the crust into a 9" pie plate and pour in the pumpkin mixture.

Bake at 425° for 20 minutes, then reduce the oven to 275° and bake for 35-40 minutes more until the pie is done.
