- 8 eggs
- Whole milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Whole nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- White bread

Scramble the eggs. Add enough milk to increase the volume by 50% (i.e. for 2 cups of eggs, add 1 cup of milk.) Microwave the honey for 10-15 seconds to make it liquidy and whisk it into the egg mixture, followed by the vanilla. Add cinnamon and grate in about a half tsp of the nutmeg.
Stack up the bread in a lidded plastic dish and pour in the egg mixture. Cover. Let soak for 15 minutes, flipping every now and then to make sure everything is coated.
Cook for 20 minutes on a lightly greased griddle (325 degrees), flipping after about 10 minutes.
Serve with butter and syrup, or strawberries and whipped cream.
Eat.
